Poor Raine, can't pee like a normal person QAQ I'd be dying with my bladder problems, it'd probably get infected again or something for holding in for too long ;>_>
It worked!

I updated my cv, although it needs corrections and I need bf's opinion on it (he's like a cv god, truly xD) but we had no time last night. He was out with his co-workers, then he wanted to watch this poor soccer match of Milan with some Greek team (it was so bad tho DX), and at the end of the match I was asleep on the couch (have no idea how I woke up, but I know for sure I dozed off XD)
Lol, yeah, it's much easier to be selfish with silly requests. But such requests? does that even happen?

Sounds very extreme, and since I don't trust people, I'd say it's a scam or something, like the gypsy people often do; not saying that such situations don't happen, because domestic violence is a thing, I know that. On the other hand, I've never been asked for help in such circumstances, but I imagine it's hella hard to say no. Like "I'll go to hell if I don't help them" kind of thing x.x
Plus, "I know domestic violence form experience" argument, it's like helping a sister/brother in need ;>_> And if it's not a stranger, even more so.
@Kimi: Aww, it happens to me a lot lately, but mostly because I do stuff during the day and forget to log in on my mule. It's painfull x.x

ahhhh the one with the hotel only happened once, I just needed an example of how hard it is to turn down. It was from kyle's sister and she's left that guy and is living with kyle's parents now so it kinda worked out.
We were mad at the time though because she went right back to him the next day >_< but now she's being a little smarter about it.
I am wary of who asks for help though. I know which family members will spend the money on drugs and which ones are truly needing help. We usually end up helping our parents or my grandma.
Seems like when we aren't helping people we are having our own problems.
=_= now kyle needs new tires for his car because it's snow season and he can't be driving 30 minutes to work on bald tires in the snow. @_@ *thank goodness I've been working like mad so I can already cover it*
LOLOL My streak has been in ruins for a long time now. I got it up to 2 a week or so ago and then immediately ruined it again.
I remember having my streak maxed at one point, but my sleep schedule was weird and even though I was logging in regularly I missed one just barely and I got kinda mad that it resets all they way back to 1 so I didn't log in for a few days. XD (it takes so long to gain the streak, I think it shouldn't go down to 1 for only 1 missed day @_@)

It's sad but victims of domestic abuse do seem to return to their abusers often. I think it's a combination of Stockholm syndrome and the abuser's work on isolating and turning their victims against their friends and family.

@Raine: x.x
At least you recognize who truly needs help
Isn't it always like that? After heling everybdy else, you're the one in trouble. And most of the time you're all alone about it
It does take long to gain the max streak... And it's frustrating when you lose it after a long time of having it. I'm still on 2 tokens on mule x.x I ruined the max streak there almost immediately after getting back to it ;>_>
@Zia: I think that's pretty accurate.

D: Yeah. I'm just glad she's gotten out of the relationship now.
She's been away from him for almost a year now I think. *shrug* I'm not totally sure tho since I try to stay out of it all.
;u; this little mini halloween event is so cute <3 I've been so busy with making adoptables that I'm kinda relieved to not have a huge event that is hard for me to complete

It's healthier for you that way, you don't get your nerves shred
It is cute! Though it's pretty tough for me, I have to just click through the pages of big threads to get ghosts, so like I searched for the bees in the spring event

Yea, it's really not much time to collect so many

But I was able to ghost hunt today and already got all the bunny ghosts, now I'm going for the kitty ones
If you have some time I suggest clicking through pages of big threads (like my mats shop, that works well). The ghosts seem to appear much more often, average of maybe 1 ghost per about 20 pages (tho I've gotten 3 ghost in a row multiple times

). You only need to put your coursor in one spot and click the same place each second and you'll be automatically catching ghosts when you get them. I mean, when you go to the last page of the thread and keep clicking the "Previous page" button, this button just doesn't change its place and the pop-up shows in the same spot so it's a win-win. You can watch a movie or even read a book and still collect the ghosts xD I was doing some language learning apps while ghost-hunting, worked out perfectly
But that's only if you are doing something that allows you to click/tap the touchpad.
