Have you had the kind of waffles that I meant before? Are they a thing where you live?

Speaking of waffles (sorry to interrupt): bubble waffles are apparently a thing everywhere. Have you seen some or at least heard of it? I tried them back in Ireland and when I came back to Germany I discovered we also have them here now.

They're not in my rural end of Germany yet, that's for sure.

These are fluffy waffles. You can choose a filling (ice cream, usually two scoops) and a sauce and sometimes also sprinkles.

Ahhh, I think we saw those in Prague! :) But we never got around to trying them... I'd like to try one at some point, though... *googles to see whether she can get any*

Really, in Prague? When I was there in March last year I haven't seen any, I think it's quite a new phenomenon :D

Well, as of this september, Prague has at least one shop that sells them, we saw it :D

Actually, I was surprised to find that there seems to be no shop for them in Zurich. I would have expected that a trendfood like that would pop up there soonish... Probably just have to wait a few months.
