Yikes, that doesn't sound fun. Have you gone to the doctor's? My friend had such a high temperature that he almost died recently of his flu, recently. Yikes.

Had to go to my psychologists today. Passed up a really cute doctor. Good thing I had one of those masks for my cough because I was smiling like an idiot. XD

I'm going to see how long I can go without drinking soda as well.

Yea, it's back to studying for me.. Luckily uni starts on Tuesday for me only. So still almost one week!

I try not to eat sweets. It works so far xD Funny thing is I did not crave for them at all these days and usually I cannot go without a bite of chocolate at 3pm. Let's see how this will continue.

Yeah, I could probably stop soda, but coffee and meat would be a no go. I guess the important thing is seeing what you can do, aha.

@LittleJulez I'm glad I haven't had a cute doctor to deal with except when I was younger. I had to be about 9 and there was a male nurse and he was super cute! Lol


My psychologists says I'm healthy, but I should loose some weight. She says the abilify is causing me to gain weight. But the abilify is needed because it helps balance me. So that's my resolution loose weight. The good news is she says I don't need a diet, just rebalance and eat a bit healthier.

That sounds good Candy! - Going on a diet is hard, but "just" balancing and being more cautious of what you eat is doable :) Great!

It was just today that I've read that one should set oneself possible aims.
It would be impossible for you then to say "I won't eat meat for the next X months" even though you know you love it and actually do not want to restrain from eating it. So as you said you can live without soda I am sure you can do it :)
In the beginning it's always better to restrain from sth completely, but of course you can go back to it from time to time. Normally I do not drink soda, but I tell myself that it's better to drink soda than alcohol so that's what I do when I am out with friends sometimes and do not really wanna drink :3

Yep! I can totally do this. A diet not so much. lol
