To be fair, I would probably buy something like that. I have a panda speaker, and when my friend gave me a fake mustache, I stuck it on the panda's face. Looks tack af, but it's hilarious.

Yeah. I think I fixed it, but I'm gonna work on other images for now. When I'm sick I can't concentrate worth a darn. In fact right now I'm having problems concentrating period. lol And if I don't do something I get really bored and frustrated.

I think I have a pimple on my upper lip. --;

My taste is so gone right now from the cold or whatever I have, that I could eat haggis and not even taste it.

Glad you had a good evening. I'll have good evenings when I feel better. I think the meds are working, but slowly. I feel like I should be talking more, but I'm coming up blank.

Speaking of guitars, my new guitar case arrived today, I am happy!

Is there anything small or simple that you can do to entertain yourself? Like coloring? That's something you can do and spend time with your daughter doing at the same time.

The funny thing is, we went to an arcade yesterday and saw a claw machine with little monkey plushes (the monkeys had mustaches). My friends and I tried to catch one, but no go.

Guitars make good music, man.

I used to play guitar. I even had two--acoustic and electric. I took lessons for something like six years, but sort of started giving up on it when the lessons got into music theory/improv. I just could never get the hang of improvisation. It frustrated me so much that I stopped playing altogether. I sort of wouldn't mind getting back into playing an instrument, but if I did guitar, I think I'd focus on classical acoustic or something. Songs that are already written and are meant to be played by solo guitar.

...I kind of really would rather learn to play piano, but I have tiny short fingers and also absolutely none of the needed equipment, whereas I still do have the two guitars sitting around.

But I have enough hobbies that I don't do as it is!

I've had good luck writing the last few days. I've been using 750words.com as a way to force myself to write. And I actually did fiction writing the past three days...today I was too close to midnight without having written 750 words so I just wrote a bunch of world-building notes. Which reminded me that I really need to do more of that kind of stuff so I actually know where I'm going/actually remember to tell the reader what's going on. I have a hard time working world-building info into a plot. It always feels like I'm info-dumping years and years of backstory at once...

I wanted to learn playing the guitar for years. I think it started with 16. My parents even bought me a cheap acoustics one when I was around 17. I started to watch "how to play..."-videos on youtube. I remember practicing Green Day and Nirvana, but I kind of stopped, I think because I needed to concentrate on school/A-Levels.

But man, how I love it now!
I finally decided I wanted to learn it and started taking classes in October. It's really worth it and the teacher is very good. At first we learned a few general things and then we started playing songs. That's really impressive at first, when you get better and better each lesson. The improval is very big at first.

memento, if you have short fingers playing the guitar should be more complicated than playing the piano 0o
And what if you try playing a bit in the evenings, as a kind of relaxation? Without pressure on yourself?

Aha, it's easier for me to world build than to write an actual story. *facehands*

I'm doing alright now. Still a bit ill, but better than before. I usually play Go Fish with my Jossy.

I'm working on a new wild knuffel. I finally got the levels figured out. I had just done the first level or base level. Now to move on.


My brain is blank right now. So I'm out of convo.

I am. I just have a stuffy nose, a cough, and congestion. So considering I had hot and cold flashes, a fever and was very fatigued along with those three I'd say this is an improvement.
