Kingdom of Knuffel

Cal perked up. A used book store was exactly the kind of place he loved to visit.
"Yeah, let's go there!"

"Alright, let's go." He says before starting off. "I try to go there often....I don't always buy....but I love looking if nothing else." He does love to read. "What kind of books do you like?"

"Ha, yeah, I can understand that. Sometimes just looking is fun."
Cal replied with a nod.
"I like adventure novels. Fantasy, sci-fi, historical fiction- even just plain history, if there's exploration involved."

"Well, they have those....I always look for Drizzt books...." Tony says. "It's fantasy and adventure kind of?" Not everyone knows of the dark elf. "Obviously what they have varies though...."

"Drizzt... like the dark elf in D&D? There's novels about him?!"
Cal asked excitedly, a huge smile on his face.

Tony just smiles, happy that Cal knows. "Yes! There's a lot of them! Like I think over 30? By R A Salvatore. The ones I've read are really good." He says. "I could you let you borrow the ones I've got?"

"That would be awesome, thank you! I can't believe there's books like that that I didn't know about. I'm gonna have a lot of new reading material soon!"
Cal chuckled, his violet eyes bright with the excitement of a new descovery. And a shared interest, on top of that!
"So do you like D&D? Do you play?"

"Yeah, I need to get caught up on them too." Tony didn't know there was so many until he looked it up. "Ah....I've never played really, but I've wanted to try....all I've played is Neverwinter on playstation?" It's based on D&D and the Forgotten Realms.

"Oh, yeah? I never had a playstation. Or any gaming console, really. And I've never had anyone to play D&D with... but I have a starters kit with dice, character sheets and the official rulebook, and I've created a few characters just for fun. I'd love to actually use them someday."

"Well, if you ever get to check out the game for some reason...it is fun..." Tony says. "There's gotta be some people playing D&D around here if you wanna join a group....or we could try to find people? And people do it on the internet too...I mean cause even if I play...more people is more fun."
