I think more people are worried about how much points they have rather than what rank they are :o

I was throwing all my balloons at the user Fire - seemed appropriate lol.

But now we're the same rank, and I like to hit people above my rank for the small bonus... gotta find someone new to soak with water balloons.

Even if I throw ones at people lower level or level 1, I still have a tendency to miss. :< I'm at Rank 5 too, lol

My hit/miss ratos are guesses, and I really doubt there will even be a 100/0 or 0/100 hit/miss rate
The only thing confirmed is that hitting same rank is 50/50
