Yes, on the right, between the "Summer Booth" and the "Summer Event Top List".

You can only see your own rank in the top list if you are among the top 30. I guess I did not consider that starkad would remove the icon with your rank from your own avatar. He has to change this (after he fixes the bug...

I said "between". So the rank is visible on the right below the Summer Booth Picture and above the Top List Picture

oh, and whatever the glitch is, it has nothing to do with having twelve points because I have 36 :O (rank 1)
Or maybe you fixed it already?

No, it's not fixed yet (starkad is still not back), but we are talking about the "experience points" that determine the rank, not the event currency, the water points, if that is what you mean.

Aww, sorry to hear the event has some issues. It does sound fun though, can't wait!
