The adblock should not have any effect on them.
I understand they may be anywhere but I've found mine while browsing the forum.
(I mean, you don't have to look elsewhere if you are usually active in the forums.)

You can find the Anglerfish virtually anywhere on the site.
You just need to be extra active and explore each corner of the forums :)

The rate is the same as during previous pop up events, though since they are random, obviously this is also a matter of luck.
But there is always also the option to buy Anglerfish in the market, as well as the option to skip a task if you feel like you cannot complete it - However, keep in mind that you don't have to complete it by midnight! You can take your time, and even if you need one or two days longer to complete a certain task, you can still get all items!
The tasks all have different difficult levels - some can be completes in a matter of minutes, some make actually take a few hours.
