If you found egg 1 at 3pm, the next "egg 1" will appear 24 hours after that, so 3pm the next day. If you found egg 2 at 8pm, the new "egg 2" will reappear 24 hours after that, 8pm the next day, and so on.

There is a little event window under your log information that will always show you when your next egg appears and how many eggs you can find at the moment, so this should hopefully clear all confusion.

Thank you very much for the response Firn-sama! And I did see the egg count down on the right, I just did not know if it was one count down for all of the eggs or one at a time.

If you found 3 earlier this morning and you mean that two of these 3 gave you an error and you were not able to claim them that is something I will need to have starkad take a look at.
If you mean you found 3 this morning, got an error message but were able to claim them, and just cannot find your remaining 2, then all I can suggest is to search harder.
