Lord Ultimate & Soul Collector;
I'll address both of you at once as the answer is simple.
Under the log in/ Point scroll on the side you can see 3 times.
The first tells you the last time you were online in Kofk
The second Tells you the Server time. This is the Time the site runs on.
The third is your time.
Both of you just need to check those times to know What the difference in time is or to check if the server time is already jumped to an other day.

Yes, thank you. I don't know what happened, and I know I didn't see the Tail in the window when I opened it.
Sorry if this seems like a stupid question, but had you checked the 'Body Parts' tab in your wardrobe? It's the tab with a picture of an avatar wearing wings and bat ears. That's where a tail would be under.
This is kind of weird for me. Because of how my time zone differs from KofK's I get all my prizes a day early. For example I got the prize for the 20th on the 19th.

Ultimate, perhaps you clicked twice without meaning to or being aware of it. Then it might have replaced the first box (with the item on it) with the second (that says you already opened it) before you could catch sight of the first.
