Quite a bit, since it's one of the constant items required in a quest. I've seen one going for 8k - 11k. However, if you can manage to get other average items that people with purple candles require, you can get it for quite cheaper.

ouch. And I need 3 of them to finish one star quest... such a bad luck!
I think I would faster find them myself than buy it...

It'll show up in your Wardrobe, under the materials section, and that section is divided into Rare, Uncommon, Average, Common, and Prevalent.
