I call him Koipan. If name is not liked it can be changed. I wanted to do a merman. (we need more men shop keepers! lol ) I knew a lot of people wanted to do mermaids so I wanted to do something other then your typical fish like one. I thought seahorse would be awesome. XD Didn't know what colors to make him so I did a few.

Personally I like the blue.
