Yes. Chronic sinuses probably. My mom suffers from it so I probably have the issue too.
I'm watching my nieces today. They're being cute and evil.

Alice is five and Addy is 2 going on 3 I believe. And they are adorable! Just like my Joslyn. Alice wants to visit us again soon and spend the day. It's so cute.
Sorry I haven't been online much. I just been busy. Good news I am approved as my mom's care provider for 23 hrs a week. Personally I care for her 24hrs a day, but at least it's more than I had before. And it adds up well.
It's 1:01 am, and I woke up with a leg cramp. DX My head hurts.
Someone wanna take me out and shoot me?

Oh, that's worth celebrating, DC! What wonderful news!
I shouldn't be awake either, but while it's not the best for me physically I really needed the quiet of night when no one else was up to sort of put myself back together mentally, so on the whole I don't actually regret it. About ready to get some actual sleep though, here. I hope you get some too and that your head stops hurting and your cramp eases.

Thanks Akili! Yes it'll help out here at home.
We think the reason my mom and I have a bad sleep schedule is because I worry about her and she worries about my dad who still has headaches. And I worry he might be put on disability or retirement and he'll be stuck home bored. He goes into the doctor's to get a scan, CAT or MRI (can't remember) and hopefully they find out why he keeps getting headaches.

Yep, all that stress will definitely mess with your sleep schedule, unfortunately. 
Sorry I also have not been around much lately either. I've been going through a miscarriage, and also just found out my Auntie Kay died 20 days ago and her kids decided not to tell us until now.
It's been a rough couple weeks.
Going to the doc tomorrow to find out if I have to get a D & C ... ugh.

It's when there is still some tissue left inside you after a failed pregnancy and they have to go in there and get it all out. Not fun.

I’m sorry there’s been a death in your family, especially that it’s been complicated by tardiness in communication. It’s a difficult situation to begin with.
