My parents never let me formally do things like dance/sports...probably for the best, considering how terrible my coordination is. Great for my self-esteem, bad for the health...
My friend's mom's sister (sort of weird, now that I see it typed) sent me a set of travel watercolors and some smaller pads of watercolor paper in the mail! I'm so excited! I mean, I'm awful at watercolors, but I do really enjoy doing them. That can be my break this weekend once I'm done with the giant tower of coursework I have to do.

I danced too. In fact I did some embarrassing dancing for a job as a sign holder. But I got paid for it and that was all I had to do. Stand outside, hold a sign and dance. That was until I had my kid. I'm thinking of working there part time. But right now I gotta worry about my daughter's online schooling.
I never did any formal dancing, just danced for fun. I don't like sports so I never joined any teams.
@mem: That's so nice! I'm a computer colorer myself.

@meme: I'm all for club activities for kids --even the equivalent for adults. If you aren't good at a thing, then the best way to improve is to keep at it and find ways to make it work for you.
It doesn't always work out, but I'm still all for making attempts and trying out new things.
Oh, nice! Take pics for us when you're done painting! Maybe we can paint together sometime --like each of us interpreting the same theme.
@DC: I took a dance class before one semester, only to realize that it wasn't for me. XD Going to the gym was a better alternative.
Oh, how old is your daughter?
I prefer some sports over others, but tbh, the only one I really enjoy is baseball. I used to have a fear of getting hit by balls as a kid, though. XD

I don't enjoy dancing enough to do it unless it's a special occasion (like a wedding.) But it's cool that you like it. My bro loves dancing too.
Oh, but she's taking online classes?
Dodgeball's fun.

For me it's fun.
Yeah there was a miscommunication when signing her up for regular schooling, so I thought I missed the deadline. So I signed her up for K12. It does grade Kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Yep. lol

Ah, good luck!
Oh, dude, that's awful! Is there something that can be done about it?

Thanks.
Nope. I know it's just like her spine. It's deteriorating too. They could do surgery on it, but there's too much of a chance that she could end up paralyzed. So she's stuck with it. What sucks is either of us kids could end up with the issues too. Because it's passed on. My mom's mom or grandma had the same problem. And I believe my uncle has the same problem too.
