I miss a lot of the classic cartoons. I even have the Groovie Goolies series. Gawd is it funny!

I don't think I recognize that one.

I think I have the first season of Batman: the Animated Series, but not many other old cartoon series. I have bought a ton of old cartoon movies, though.

It's a 70s cartoon. I remember being four or five when they were showing repeats. I also remember The Beatles cartoons they had. I want to get those too. I want a get a lot of the oldies! Early 90s on back. Not the Power Puff Girls or any of those. I'm not a fan.

I believe my dad has that series. Speaking of Batman, when Adam West passed my daughter cried saying "But I wanted to marry Batman!" My poor baby. I had to explain there were other Batmans.

What kind of movies?

Aha, I never got into PPG 'cause we didn't have cable. Missed out on a couple of popular shows, but it's no big loss. XD

Poor kid. XD That's kinda cute, though.


I bought Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, The Secret of NIMH, All Dogs Go to Heaven, American Tail, Tarzan, and a couple others I enjoyed as a kid. They're all sitting in a box in my closet. XD;

Aha, yeah, I saw. That's the good thing about buying late --when you get to view the last form, you can make your naming decision based off of it and you can see what they look like. I'll get all the males eventually. DX

Yeah. My poor baby. She's still hopeful she'll marry Batman someday. XD

I think we have most of those. I haven't seen Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. I'll have to someday. I've seen Prince of Egypt and Joseph King of Dreams. I didn't think I would enjoy them because I'm not a religious person. But my dad bought Prince of Egypt for me because I love things related to Ancient History especially Egypt. So one day when my daughter was asleep, I forced myself to watch it and I was sooo impressed. It was better than I thought. There are some inaccuracies, but I can get pass them. The parting of the sea is my favorite part. The artwork is amazing!

Aha, that's fine; everyone has their own preferences.

Oh, I have Prince of Egypt too; awesome soundtrack for that. There's a disclaimer about how they interpreted the film in the beginning, but I didn't see anything offensive or extreme, personally.

My favorite part was the whole journey montage where you could spot the Egyptians who decided to join the Israelites.


Edit: I fell down the Tumblr rabbit hole, and it told me that Gargoyles is up on Disney to view. ( x )

That is true.

Yeah. My daughter watched it with me like a month ago and she asked if it was really God talking. And I had to explain that God is very busy and he couldn't do his own voice acting so they asked someone else to do it so God wouldn't have to take time out of his very busy schedule. She accepted it.

Yeah that was cool too.

That's cool. About bloody time. But it's too late for me as I already bought the DVDs. XD
