I think the previous night's dinner didn't fully agree with me, so that's why I was sick. But with the barometric swings we've had, I was also migraine-y that day.

How'd it go?

It went well. We raised over 1.4K for our charity.

I also participated in a fundraising stream for the victims of the flooding down in Texas a couple weeks back.

Now, I'm working on stuff for a friend's game, with a big, detailed character folio for my character. I've got a lot of print-offs I've done today, and I've got it mostly organized. I have a full character sheet, plus character detail things, and I've got room for a proper journal.

What race is this one?

I'm happiest when I'm busy with things I enjoy.

This one's a Drow, but not a normal Drow. My friend and I have this headcanon that drow are actually more spider-like, especially amongst the nobility. My character is descended from a high noble family, but nobody in his family realizes they're related to said nobles of old, because nobody else in their family really shows spider-like traits for the most part. Some have fangs, but that's about it. Theren, on the other hand, has six arms and venom sacks tied to his fangs (that trait, he's not aware of. He's not the sort to go around biting things or people).

He's also afraid of the dark, and terrified of spiders (he's allergic to spider meat, too).

The drow of that particular reality, huh? Poor guy. I'm reminded of my drow girl who went with her raven and talking sword to be a light person.

I reread girl Ratchet verse again. Poor Blackout.

Just back from a work trip, so please forgive if I sound weirder than usual. I got to stay at a friend's house instead of commuting, though, so that was nice. Hadn't been to her acreage in years, so it was a bit of a shock to see how much the familiar trees had grown.
