Small town. Nice in some ways, but not for walking to shop.

Ohhh. What's that med for?

Yet government people keep trying to change us to US style healthcare. o.O

I mean, we've got some nice downtown shops, but they're more boutique-y and less general store, aside from the hardware store that also sells candles and vacuum cleaners and toys and hobby stuff on the second floor.

It's an antidepressant/anti-anxiety med. I've been on it since about 2017 or so (I honestly can't remember when I started it, but it was after the big hullabaloo of 2016).

I'm on 20mg of the generic for Lexapro, which is another antidepressant/anti-anxiety med. I was on 30mg of it, but last year I dropped down to 20, and I've been stable on that dosage since.

because profits. that's literally the only reason why they'd wanna switch.

Gotcha. Yes, smaller shops are great, but hard to get all the stuff. Used to love hardware stores. No rel ones hey, just the big box builder places. Which are also fun, just not as much.

Gotcha! Youcandoit.

Yeah. Bleach.

I reached the end of what I could play "free" on SitU today and uninstalled the app.

and with JoAnn's closing, there's less options overall...

Eventually, I might be able to be totally off meds, but for now, things are one step at a time.

I had to restart my Wuthering Waves game because I somehow got logged out and couldn't remember my account info. But I got caught back up pretty quick. Still got a couple of things to catch up on, but I'm on track for what I want. Maybe someday I'll even have some spending money to drop on the game, but in the meantime, I'll stick with Free-to-Play

Yup. That's a thing too.

Youcandoit!

Got SitU back, because I can still do daily chores and play with the doll even if I can't play the stories.

Much sympathy. I'm glad you have everything back. I tried looking at my old Life Makeover account, and it doesn't exist anymore. There's no way I could face the stories in that game for a do over, they're too depressing. SitU hasn't an animated 3D doll, but it's easier to take. What level are you at? ...I can't remember if Wuthering Waves has levels.

I've already given my thoughts on things over on Tris. lol

Sometimes you just need to be able to play with dolls.

Well, my Rover is level 60 rn (which is where he was when I lost my login credentials), and the Echo Database is level 10, which is a little behind where I was (I was around level 17 on that before), but I'm through most of the stuff I had done before. Now, I just need to get caught back up on exploration and area quests, and aside from a few Resonators, I'll be caught up totally.

One of the Resonators, I just have to get something to level 5, then I'll have him. the other two are luck of the draw (One of whom is one I really hope I can pull again soon, because he's honestly one of my favs lol). I'm almost ready to do another level cap increase, which I wasn't at the point of being ready for before.

Yup. Which is why the mermaid sticker book finally got played with tonight. I emailed you pictures.

You have all your info written down so you don't lose this account, right? (please forgive me for momming). I forgot the characters were gacha, ack!

Fun :) I'll look in a bit.

Yeah, I've got my login stuff written down this time.

Yeah, most of the games I play anymore are gatcha related. Aside from The Sims 4. that, I just use things other people have made and shared with the world.

I have a sticker puzzle to put together too, but that's a little hard on the eyes.

Good. :)

It's hard to find games that don't have gacha anymore. I have a little bit of fun with the one on Pocket Camp, because I don't need to ever use real money (though it's fun to save the free tickets in other games. There are always free tickets).

I'm working on a doll project that involves a lot of sewing... and then I have to figure out how to make his clothing and armor. After that, it's photography and sending the pictures to the character's VA (because I highly doubt people send him fanworks of that character very often, and of the characters I know the VA for, that one is my absolute favorite), and then I need to figure out where to get fabric for another couple of characters from that same media source.

I can't remember if I ever spent money on Fire Emblem Heroes (another gatcha, but one with a wide range of characters, because it draws upon characters from the ENTIRE Fire Emblem series of games, and there are generally a lot of playable characters within each game), but I wanna say I have, if only because that sounds right.

Every other gatcha I play, I'm a Free-To-Play player, and I tend to have really good luck for getting one of the characters in any given featured pull cycle. Most recently, in WuWa, I got one of the two featured characters, who happens to be a pirate guy (and a major theater nerd lol). I'm eagerly awaiting the day that one of my favorite Sims 4 CC artists makes the character files free on their patreon. I also know said artist is planning on making the Rover at some point.

I haven't found anyone has made my other favorite male character from that game though. I might someday try my hand at making him, because he's a total sweetheart (LingYang, if you wanna look him up. He has Lion Lumen vibes), and I wanna make a big house for my favorite male characters to be roommates in.
