Yeah, but turns out I missed on Xanji too, so I guess I really did somehow skip a day. O.o

The stitches, like the spider, are ready to try again.

I had to get a filter to put in the tub drain so I would stop plugging it with how much I shed.

LOL. They're a bit big for that.

Oooh. bummer.

only problem I have with my arthritis gloves rn is that they make it hard for me to hold onto the hook. they don't have grippy bits, and I can't find my glove forms to fix that.

I try to get as many loose and detached hairs off before I wash, but I always end up with a small hair mouse after washing. Usually no bigger than a US quarter, and usually closer to a US nickel, and only because that's what gets dislodged during scrubbing my scalp and post-wash care (leave-in conditioner on the bottom 1/3, hair oil on the scalp and top inch or so)

Is it that they're too big or that your pockets are too small? lol

Could you use hot glue to make grippies?

What I pulled out of the drain protector this time was smaller than that, but I'm not sure that the protector hasn't got too big of holes. I couldn't find a wire one the right size (they're all kitchen sink drain size), so I bought the silicone one.

I think my usual pockets are too full.

That's the plan, but without the glove forms, it's a little harder.

There's 3d printing files for bathtub sized drains on Thingiverse, and probably a few other sites... If you have a makerspace/DoSpace, you could get one for not a lot of money (like, $5-6 USD tops)

Ah, that's both a good and bad problem to have lol

I'm snacking on hummus I made from a mix... and waiting for my falafel mix from the same brand to be ready. I noticed that the brand doesn't recommend enough water in the mix instructions for the right consistency. They short by half a cup.

Ohhhhh. Right. It could get kind of hot if you put the gloves on your hands to do it.

Yeah, but the shipping's getting nuts. Do you mean drain strainers?

LMBO. I tend to use little fabric bags. I have one for work, one for laundry day, etc.

That is strange. *sometimes buys falafel from a lady who sells them at the farmers market* I have been meaning to make some idli pancakes, but I keep getting distracted by other things.

yeah, and I'm clumsy enough to injure myself while working with paper, so...

Yeah, I mean those.

I tend to stick stuff in my hoodie pocket, or carry a purse.

They weren't even that good. I used the air fryer to cook 'em so I wouldn't make a mess, and they tasted off. The hummus though? that was great.

*sympathy on the paper clumsy*

LOL Well, I guess the little fabric bags ARE purses. I just use them more like one would use an actual pocket. I usually just carry my wallet in the shopping bag or in the work backpack. I never thought I'd get back to being one of those women who mostly just carry a wallet. But the work backpack has a lot of purse type things in it, like lotion and ibuprofen and such.

Well that just stinks. :/ Sorry about that. Hey, see if you can find idli mix, and then make pancakes with it. They're yummy gluten free but still fluffy pancakes if you do the mixing right and get the right nice and sour yogurt to make it with.

Mini purses! I have a smaller purse inside my purse for my cards and ID. I have gum packages in my bag, along with a few other odds and ends, including a pair of handcuffs.

Would Greek Yogurt work for those?

LOL My wallet's got a pocket for change, little pockets for cards, and pockets for cash and/or papers.

I hope to find out the answer to that on the weekend. I have unsweetened Greek yogurt to try it with. Usually I use Balkan yogurt, but I don't have time to go get some. The drug store that I get groceries at when in a hurry just had the Greek.

I got the big bag because it's an ITA bag, meaning it's meant to show off things like pin collections and small plushies. It's also a good size, not so big that it's awkward to carry, but not so small that I can't use it to smuggle snacks into the movie theater.

I should get some stuff to make yogurt sometime...
