Sorry for getting your thread locked, Nihal. All I said was that I see you finally finished him and that it was a really nice surprise. I was really happy to see him and just wanted to say and I didn't think something like that would happen.

It's not your fault, Tammy.
I guess whoever reported/locked it, didn't bother to read your post.

I locked it, and I read the post. It wasn't that the post content was bad, but that the thread hadn't been active since May before TimTam posted on it. I just assumed that she had posted on a thread that had been abandoned. It's been unlocked. Sorry for the trouble, but please don't assume that we do things without reading posts that had been reported. It wasn't the content of the post that got the thread locked, but the post time stamp of the post that came before TimTam's post. In fact, I even made a note on the first post that it was locked due to inactivity, not due to whatever TimTam wrote.

Hello! This is my first time making a knuffel. I read the rules, but I still ended up with a problem...

I took a snap shot of what I drew so far...
I made a shadow, and while I consider it part of the knuffel, I realize that some would consider it part of the background.

Anyway, my question is...
Is this allowed?? ;u;
I can easily take it out if need be...
I just think it looks nicer with it, personally ;;;;

Thanks in advance,
Jimi

Since it's your first one, I strongly recommend reading first page of rejection sticky, it covers most of wild knuffel issues and can help in creation process, here: http://kofk.de/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=46087

And from that thread:

    Your Knuffel must be clear cut:
    → Your Knuffel must be placed on a clean, transparent background
    → No pieces of the background must be attached to the Knuffel (no background elements: no grass, no windows, no shadows, no stars, no rain, no trees, no furniture, nothing unless it is something STRONGLY connected to the evolution of the Knuffel!)
    → No white pixel
    → No white borders around Knuffel
    → No border around the whole image
    → No smudges
    → No random pixel or smudges anywhere in the background
    → No other strange unknown objects in your background or around your Knuffel
    → No "glows" around your Knuffel

I like the thighs and the body, but the arms seem a bit awkward somehow. Perhaps because of the hand position, the lower arm seems longer than the upper arm. But the leg line is nice.
