One article said that the difference in the ends on miser's purses is probably so that people could get the cab fare in the dark and things like that. Your copper in one end and silver in the other. They're really cute little things. It's too bad they wouldn't be very practical nowadays. I see pictures of little purses with a pocket on either end of a bunch of strings, too, but only one article mentions those, and it's really only a passing mention.

Have you seen pence jugs? They're another popular old time knitting pattern.

The heatwave finally passed here.

Epps pranks Hank right back, usually with miniature dinosaur figures set up in mock combat all over the desk. He doesn't wanna mess with Holmes.

It's honestly really fun, and it's using up stuff I've held onto for ages.

The event goes until the 30th, so 14 more days. I'm currently working on saving up for the event knuffel, but once that's done, I can certainly get you the items.

I was wrong. It was 36C today. Or felt like it, anyway. I'm glad you don't have heatwave anymore. I wouldn't wish this on anybody.

Holmes' son lives with him and Delores now too, he's as smart and as focused as his dad, but actually likes people. He and Aria have a fine old time talking about stuff, I bet.
