That's why this Candy Caravan is a good idea:
It is an incentive for those of you who would not dare chat otherwise! :qstar:

Only a good idea if people post after you do, lmao.

That's so true.
Yesterday afternoon I had some leisure time in my hands, posted in all the threads I'm active in - and then nothing happened.
It's such a bummer.

Yeah, if the timing doesn't match up, the forums aren't very active so you're just out of luck....

I'm actually really happy that I didn't finish my November poem goals because it gives me something to work at when no one else is on.

You joined Nanowrimo or something of that kind?

I usually don't have much leisure time anyway, but whenever I do I always feel it's a pity nobody else is on right at the same time I am.
Not that it happens very often anyway.

Not so much joined it as noticed someone here was doing it and set myself a separate challenge to be completed on KofK's novels/writings/poems forum. 3 limericks a day.
I started off late and trying to go back and make it up, and bogged down at around the equivalent of half the month, but it means I can sit and come up with more any time no one is online to talk with.

That's cool.
I wish I would find the mindset to write something, whatever, even if it was somehing small.

I hope you'll find it.
I'm only motivated to work on novel length stuff during Nanowrimo and then it ends up rotting in my folders.

But this year I'm editing my Nano novel! I promise!
And then I send it to a publisher. Or at least I hope. That's my 2022 resolution.

Well, you write when you talk with us on the forum, so that's already a step in the right direction!

Oh boy, actually doing something with it afterwards.... good luck, Kuuki!
(Did you write in Japanese? French? English? Something else?)

Thanks! But being a published author has always been my dream, except, it won't come true if I don't do something so ...

French. I write in French, which sounds easy since it's my mother tongue but it's also the one I use the less so I often don't remember words. I do have a project in Japanese with a friend but said friend has been infuriating lately and I have been avoiding her XD
