I keep forgetting that knuff rooms are a thing you can't do shit with them on mobile so I won't waste the FC on one

You can put stuff in, you can't move anything so it all stacks up in the spawn point and at that point why bother

Aaargh, this is reminding me that I have a lot of garden stuff to take care of for the real-world spring, since it's getting rather late to be planting but if I want to get any basil in this year, now is the time.

Yeah...

I need more compost, darn it.

(There are a lot of mature evergreens around my place, and they're kind of jealous plants. They don't much like anything growing too near them, but if I amend the soil I can usually get annuals to do pretty decently... kinda. Enough. But I have to keep adding and we just don't have that much food waste to make enough compost in my house....)

I need to get a basil too before they disappear from the store. I love them.

Yes. They're so good!

What's your favorite kind of basil?
I really like licorice basil for just randomly eating a leaf of, but I don't cook with it at all. Mostly I cook with Genovese (which is SUPER common here), and then use Mammoth Leaf or Lettuce Leaf basil for when I am going to use it raw in a dish.

(side note:
I know a lot of people cook with Thai basil, but I like to use it in cooking more as a main ingredient than as a spice, and if you use it that way, the Thai basil is too strong. So I need a milder one. If you're going to put several cups of leaves into a soup or baked dish, you can't use Thai basil. It would get overpowering.)

Thank you for reminding me that I haven't watered my basil in a few days. ^^

Mine has been growing in a pot and has been doing well for more than 6 months.
