Complaining about having to post is kind of missing the point. As it's been said before, this is a forum-based site, and always has been. Events have always been forum-based in at least some degree. If Firn thought people weren't adopting enough knuffels then there would be a digging event to raise activity there, and of course some people would complain they don't have enough time to dig. But the forum is the problem right now so that's the target of the event.
Anyway, it's a game. You play it how you want to play it and that's it. I for one am pretty happy that there are more people posting because I'm not posting "spam", I'm just finally getting replies on threads where I've been wanting to talk for ages.

At first I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get all the items, but after reading some responses, I'm understanding that there is a lot more time.
Hopefully this generates the forum activity you're looking for! I'm going to try my best to be more active now that I have more of an incentive hahah.
