I usually change my avi around once a month. I like to change it more often when an event/holiday is going on, though.

I tend to just change my avatar's clothes whenever I feel like the avatar is old or I want something new. So...it could be a few hours, a day, a few days, a week, or a few weeks. I tend to switch it up pretty often though, lol :)

I change mine every week or two.

i can't seem to leave it alone this evening, i have changed it three times now, but i like how it is at the moment so i am going to try and leave it for a day or two, wish me luck

I change my avi not often, one time in a month or two maybe because it's difficult for me to dress it in a way that I really like.

I hardly really change it. Some little things, but not a lot. I like the earth colors I have used and I find it hard to find new items with the same kind of feel and color.

I change my avatar whenever I feel like it. But I tend to change it more often when I'm not satisfied with it. I also change when I have something new in my wardrobe, although I might change it again once I realize nothing is really match with it
