Yes, you must upload it elsewhere and then post the url of the picture in the PM you send using the link provided in the first post of this thread. There is no way to upload pictures straight from your computer onto KofK server other than through the Wild Knuffel feature.

and sorry to keep bugging you but i thought of another question as it came up while drawing. YOu said previously you can only alter things on Nympharia that she herself can change right? well... the picture referenced is a manga/cartoon like picture and i cant tell if this would be altering her or not: I want to draw scales on her tail but it looks smooth on the picture, so does that mean her tail is smooth like a shark/dolphin or are the scales implied?

Um.... since it has to be all our own art, other people's textures aren't allowed, right?

It depends on the rules of the textures. Most textures you can find online say things like say "For personal use only". Since the art from this contest can be used for this site, it won't be used for your "personal" use only though. So, if you wish to use a texture, make sure the creator of it 1) has the rights to that texture 2.) allows the texture to be used for all possible uses.

umm... A small question, I drew her and colored her in pencils since I can't work on a pc till I buy a tablet this summer... (I tried and failed miserably)
The pencils didn't have the right colours so she's a bit off from the original (I tried to stay as close as possible though)... Is that a very big problem?
