Actually, I don't really mind the blue. I like how the blue in the logo blends with the violet and yellow. It's just that the blue in the forums seems to be to dark as opposed to the light vanilla. And the Vanilla isn't particularly bright on my side. It's just that there isn't much of a smooth transition of colors on my end.
And I think that your new layout is gorgeous, Firn. Admittedly, I'm still trying to get used to it since I'm more used to the previous layout but it's lovely. I love the icons.
I do hope that this post is more coherent than my previous one.

At first I didn't like the change much, but it looks better today than it did yesterday. Either the tweaks are helping or I'm getting used to it. I particularly like speech bubble icons today much better than the ones that were there yesterday. They're much easier to tell apart now.
Thanks for telling us exactly when Doughnight Part 2 is coming. I wondered if it had already started and I just hadn't found anything.

The new look looks really nice! I just hope the yellow will not be used as much as whats on the index, It hurts my eyes. X-x;

Ah I love the new layout waht a nice surprise coming back after not being on here for a couple of days I particularly like the icons in the speech bubbles for the different sections

O8 I love the new Icons.
The crown and the Cupcake both look really pretty.
And they look more Knuffely to me now. 8D And less . . . Childish? I guess.
And I like the colours you use.
I think the Red and Yellow looked perfectly fine together, but now the
colours look the same as before, only with a different layout.
Which is also pretty. 8D <3.
I think that maybe, you could make the font a little bigger, where
it gives the info on who posted last and such.
People like to complain about my font being small and they can't
see it and yaddah-yaddah. And the font you used is even smaller than mine. xD;
I can see it perfectly but some people might have a problem.
Or people with eye issues. O8

I think the yellow is fine, but my eyes aren't as sensitive as some people's, I guess. XD
