Yeah. When I was younger, I scribbled half-drowsy messages a lot...and sometimes I couldn't decipher it after. *facepalm*

I've found old note books with strange short sentences and other odds and ends that to this day I have no idea what they're about. Including a few phone numbers. Lol

Aha, I get that. Because of the move, I found myself going through all sorts of things, and one of them was a box of letters [I liked to write as a kid, so I had numerous penpals since grade school through early college]. I have one from Roy [a buddy of mine for about 18 years], which was endearing to look at, but another from a grade-school friend...and I don't even remember who they are anymore. *facepalm*
Today after Bible study, I ended up hanging out with Jon and Bryant [which is unusual, since we hang out in bigger groups, but not so much small ones]. It was really great. Jon and I both have a sweet-tooth [and we also like to drink, though Jon will deny it]; so he suggested we go to a cafe for affogato. We ended up having a really good life talk, and the affogato was fine [if a bit ridiculous to have at night]. I like the one from Cafe Magi better though. They put cotton candy at the top. X3
One of my friend's birthdays is coming up in a few weeks and I want to do something really special for her, but I don't know what. *facepalm* She's not a material girl and I don't have a lot of money besides, but she is someone I like a lot [platonically], and since she's so sweet and humble, it makes me really want to spoil her. *facepalm*

That's good at least you had a good time with them.
Do you know what she likes?

Good grief; it took me a while to get in here. *facepalm*
Yeah. Although it's more familiar to hang around close friends, I've known Bryant for at least a year, and Jon for maybe ten years. You'd think that we would've just hung out more together, but we're sorta in different social circles, and Jon's always crazy-busy [he's the kinda guy who's a jack-of-all-trades and a social kid to boot].
Uhhh, she likes healthy food, and is mostly easy-going. She can get stressed easily because she is caring, but also has high tolerance and puts on a brave front. She likes that kinda sweet Asian girl style of clothes and fashion, but I don't think I can get something for her in that area. *facepalm* What do you usually get girls? DX
I buy Roy and Clyne books, but this friend doesn't have time to read. *facepalm*

I see.
Depends on the girl. My Megan likes Harry Potter, My Melissa likes girly things, My Amanda likes bunnies, angels, and dancing. My mom likes manga, and anime and reading. And my daughter likes Care Bears and My Little Ponies (classic). Hmmm...maybe a dinner? Does she have a favorite flower? If she gets so stressed out maybe a chance to do something non stressful.

Aha, she doesn't have a lot of free time, but I might go with dinner. She's not materialistic or a kid, so it's hard to get her stuff. *facepalm* Kids are so easy to buy stuff for.
Good grief, I think I'm coming down with a sore throat. XP

Yeah a nice relaxing dinner. She might enjoy that.
Bummer about the sore throat. Lemon tea and honey.

You also don't want a sore throat, Turkey.
