Ich habe mich entschieden, typische maltesische Oster-Pasteten names "Figolli" zu backen.
Eine gute Freundin, die aus Malta stammt, hat mir das Rezept ihrer Mutter vermacht *__*

Es sind 2 Teigplatten mit Zitronenschale und Vanille-Extrakt und dazwischen eine Marzipanfüllung. Typischerweise in österlichen Formen (ich hab nen Hasen und ein Schaf gemacht). Nach dem Backen kommt dann ne Menge Zuckerguss und Verzierung oben drauf.
Ich habe sie vorhin aus dem Ofen geholt und dabei ist mir eins zerbrochen :( Die restlichen lasse ich erstmal noch in ihrer Form, mal gucken ob ich die noch retten kann.
