I live in a small area, and so....I've never heard of a council meeting so either they aren't open to the public or they don't really announce it.

I want him out. He used to be the head of the city cops, not I think he's county? I'm not sure really. Idk when our next election is but few people actually run for mayor.

You might have a conservation conmision meeting which sometimes the mayor has to go to. I’ve seen my old town’s mayor that way.

The only thing I hear about is a town hall meeting once in a blue moon .-.

The smaller the place, the less often they'd need to meet. That town hall meeting might be all there actually is.

I think those happen maybe once a year or something.

Depending on how small your definition of small is... that could actually still be right, although I mostly hear of twice a year.

Us and our twin city is about 5k people they say? I think that includes a bit of the country too though.

Not sure, then. That could go either way....

Try the county website rather than the city, see what they mention in terms of meetings/events?

With a town that small, you might have to turn to the county.

Idk, but the city has things to fund it specifically like the city wheel tax and city property tax. If they go around fixing every bridge, I might believe they were savings to taxes to do the bridges XD
