Yes, for years my "working on this for my health" project was posture, but that has finally become enough of a habit to be able to focus on something else. So now I am tackling the energy issue.

Akili, those sound like a good idea - I may try to be more mindful of my vitamins and needs too I think. I want to nap as soon as it hits mid-afternoon nowadays. Even if I don't nap, I end up reading quietly or watching a video, I go semi-somnolent and can't do anything productive.
I also do the same things in the afternoon, if I'm at home that is. If I am at work I just power through it and whine to my coworkers. LoL.

Oh, congrats on managing to make better posture a habit! That's great! I would think that figuring out the energy issue should be easier, since you don't have to retrain your own behaviour, but find out where the lack of energy comes from and then change that. Good luck!
