the first one actually was my travel altar cloth for a bit (it will be again, I just wanna get it looking nicer first!), and I ended up cutting off the damaged parts of the other three hankies. I'll be hemming them and then crocheting or knitting edgings onto them at some point. There's just something about having pretty things that you made with your own hands...

Awww. I've never felt that, though I've finally gotten to where I can love dolls that I constructed.
I wound making a very brief appearance on Instagram. I was dancing on the street in front of the tent at work.

Same kinda vibe. lol Just being able to like something you make is a big step.
I'm gonna hem up one of the hankies into an octagon and add edging to that, to make a pretty veil to wear. I also found a bunch of crochet patterns for parasol covers....

I found a source of income. it's small, but it's something, and it's enough that I can save up for small treats now and then.

Sweet! Like, a job?
I ate too much fruit today, and wound up eating some potato starch because I forgot to read a candy package.

it's just taking pop cans to be recycled, and since I tend to fill big garbage bags, I get between $5-20 a go.

Ahhhh. Well, it's something.
A market friend was telling me about a guy he knew who would practically fill his barn with bottles before taking them in, and wind up with over a thousand dollars.
