She IS a goober.
The cotton I'm working with is size 3, so thicker...
I've also got size 10 crochet cotton that is for another project...
I'm trying to get Dad to get me the supplies I need for a version of the dress for myself, which will be about $20 USD all together... Walmart brand, Mainstays, makes a really soft, affordable yarn that is really lovely to work with.

Combination of no alerts and weird busy time made me forget this place existed. O.O
Did you find Silver? Did you get your dresses made? Yesterday I saw blanket yarn with flowers printed on it.

*sympathy over the upset*
I've been trying to get the energy/interest to crochet or game, but yesterday I started making new arms for my Anne Shirley doll, and today I did more on the crochet for that, and also played a bit at Xanje. They have chickens now.

I put the dress aside because I have to rework the arms so I can get them on over the thickest part of my own arms, and I don't have the braincells for that atm.
I'm also working on a few details for a costume for a stream I'll be on for a Pride event. I'll be running a game of Candela Obscura, running the premade introduction adventure. Candela Obscura is set in an alternate Turn-of-The-Century world similar to ours but where magic, the occult, and technology mix. :3

Aaaand again I don't get alerts for this. *grumble* Wait! Yes I did! It happened while I was in the other thread! XD
Ahhh. Yeah, sometimes you need to do that with projects.
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... WA0001.jpg What I just finished. She didn't have toe beans yet in the picture. It took me a long time to get her done. I had some kind of block against doing anything fun.

Aww, she's cute.
It could have been burnout. happens a lot with us neurodivergent folks.

Thanks! One friend yesterday was convinced she was a moogle dressed as a mermaid kitty.
Yeah. It could have been. I know I also have seasons when things are great and when things get forgotten, too.

I finished a handkerchief edging, and the hankie is currently soaking to try and get stains out... while I search for my white thread so I can repair another hankie before I add edging to it... then I gotta figure out what embroidery I'mma do to the other two hankies I have that have holes and runs in 'em.... and maybe look in the drawer for more hankies.

That sounds like fun. I am very fond of my hankie collection, even though mostly they're just plain formerly white functional ones.
