But I like winter~ I like the colors and stuff and Bob Ross was an awesome painter and had his own TV show called the Joy of Painting. He was awesome to watch, his paintings were awesome and his voice was amazing, so calming and relaxing. I recommend you search him on YouTube!
Ideally you should lose around 5lbs a week~ That's what's considered healthy!
