Well no one's mad. Except our dad who's more perturbed. She really can't afford another child. However I believe the father, who is my sister's new and actually worth something boyfriend, wants to marry her. Not only for the baby, but also because he loves my sister and Alice, my niece.

So it could end up working out

Yeah. He seems just fine. The biological father of Alice firsts tells my sister to get an abortion. And now he's fighting for custody even drawing a gun on my sister in front of her lawyer and then he claims him and his major or whatever the high ranking guy is (he's in the military) that they'll claim it didn't happen when they go to court, but the lawyer recorded everything! Including some important paper work. He's even been trying to convince the judge that Alice was born in Hawaii and in the military base, but she wasn't. She was born here in Omaha and we have proof! He's just doing all of this to be a dick to my sister.

So I hope my sister and her now boyfriend will be happy together.
