I probably would've done what Mom did and camped out in the terminal. Then again, I probably wouldn't be flying down to see the sibling or that particular aunt (she and I have butted heads before over me cussing on my own facebook page).

He's a bit sore still, but his elbow's looking better (already scabbed over, and I suspect the scrape on his knee is similar, same with the small gash on his leg). He had home health come in today to change out the stuff for his woundvac, so I stayed in the basement. They're coming by in a couple days to do so again.


Also. I may have secured a job. Have an interview with the hiring managers tomorrow afternoon, and I should know by the end of it if I start training late next month. If I do land it, I'mma wait to break the news to mom and dad 'til Mom's back home.

It rained today. And it rained in the right direction to leave big puddles all over the balcony. o_o

The US is in late-stage collapse, and some assholes with way too much power decided it was okay to come for people who have wombs and/or identify as women. Even though the majority of the people who made this happen don't have wombs and/or identify as women. We're not even people to them. Doubly so for the disabled amongst the group.

We're in the midst of storms brought on by a derecho north of the interstate.

Ugh. I've driven through (well, I was in the shotgun seat navigating) the tail end of a derecho. SO MUCH RAIN.
