Guess more testing is in order...

She struggled at first, but now she has very little problems. she can also climb over the baby gate we put up to keep Maxwell out of the living room (because he likes to sneak in there and poop if we don't watch him or have the gate up. also he'll eat the cats' food if given the chance), but she's still kinda iffy on that.

Good grief. The more I hear about Maxwell, the less I like him.

Maxwell is a Dingus. He's smart enough to know when he's being naughty, and just dumb enough to not care. But when he's not being naughty (it's really rare for him to be naughty), he's a good boy. He does well on a harness when we walk him, he's very friendly and loves to meet people and other dogs (which kinda is sad because most of the other dogs around the area are smol and get aggressive when they see him, because he's bigger than them. Though he does have a couple of besties that are his size or slightly bigger), and he'll just chill and lay on the couch or floor when he's out of his kennel during the day. He does get separation anxiety really bad though, especially where Mom is concerned. He is ABSOLUTELY her dog and will follow her around the house.

Calli's taken to sleeping under the couch or on the back of it during the day, or on the cat tree. I've had to tilt the couch forward more times than I can remember to count in order to find her in the past week, because Dad loses sight of her during the day. lol

ohhh. Is it the anxiety that makes him be bad on the floor?

Oh dear. Invisikitty is eeek worrying.

I honestly don't know. Last time, it was because he had the runs and in the middle of the night, he'd need to go but wouldn't wake mom up.

It's only really eeek if the wooden board that's supporting the couch cushions slides out of position, because it likes to go for toes. Once the couch gets tilted, Calli usually wakes up and crawls out from under it. Lucy does the same thing. lol

*snerks at both of our avatars winding up in the same dress without knowing* We're still doing it.

Also, at least I didn't have to take Maxwell out on a walk yesterday. Mom took him to work with her.

I've started a doll project that's been satisfying because I basically got to destroy part of a Ken doll for it. I'm making a doll of Ashton Greymoore from Critical Role Campaign 3. He's an Earth Genasi (Elemental being) whose best friend is a little robot named Fresh Cut Grass.

Way I'm doing the doll is I basically just cut all the shattered markings (Ashton the character fell from three stories up and landed mostly on his head and shoulder). Then I decided I didn't like how weirdly proportioned Ken doll heads are (way too big up top and in the back part of the head), and cut the head apart behind the ears. I've since taken a bunch of cotton stuffing from the inside of my benedryl bottle when I first opened it, and am using that to sculpt Gray Stuff on top of for the 'skull' portion, and the back part.

I also carved up his arm to match the character art. and once everything's done, I'll dye the whole doll green, and go in with pastels, Gray Stuff, paint, and maybe some glitter if I can find gold glitter that's fine enough for my tastes.

LOL And I'm my usual dorky self and going, HIDE ALL THE LADIES.

we were in a heatwave earlier this week, then the storms rolled through and now it's been pleasant. lotta damage from the storms though, in other parts of the state and in Nebraska.

FCG was named after one of their maker's favorite scents. There was also a robot named Oatmeal, one named Apple Pie, and one that everyone knows was named by the player as a joke (because Sam makes jokes like that), but sadly, all of FCG's friends and their maker were killed by a monster one night. Then Ashton found them, and they've stuck close to him since. a couple months after they met, they ran into a bunch of animated furniture and with the help of the rest of the group that would become Bell's Hells, the threat was nullified.

Awwww.

And now I'm thinking of my tiktoks. XD
