i had some leftovers today. some rice, leftover bbq, beets......

After spending several years of my life underweight due to poverty, I tend to flee weight loss groups. My BMI is smack-dab in the middle of "healthy" and I ain't gonna have anybody tell me to lose any jiggle.

The only reason I paid attention to the water vs. hunger thing is that I tend to stay dehydrated. It's as good advice as any.

Good for you, then. :) Sounds like you're not only where you need to be right now, but you know it, and that's not exactly easy.

Today we had a family feast. Very yummy. I'm going to be eating leftovers for the next week, lol

I had a pineapple bun with some soy milk. And no, it’s called a pineapple bun bc it looks like one, not tastes like one. XD

So, if they don't taste like pineapple, what do they taste like?

Well it is technically bread. But yeah it’s just a slightly sweet and soft bun. With a crunchier top that looks like a pineapple. Traditionally, a slice of butter might be sandwiched inside but sometimes some places would put actually filling inside. Generally tho, it’s just a soft sweet fluffy bun with a slight harder crunchier top.

Didn’t really have dinner today, ate some street food: pistachio egg waffle, frozen yogurt cubes in green tea and strawberry flavors, an uni (sea urchin) hand roll (it’s like sushi but it’s like a seaweed cone of rice and toppings). Later, my sister was making her lunch for the next day so I ate the leftovers: some cooked greens/spinach, okra, inari without rice but instead stuffed with egg and mushrooms lol (inari is traditionally a seasoned fried tofu pouch with sushi rice but I only had the tofu pouch but no rice)

I've had some cilantro lime rice with chicken, in some tortillas. Also with some cheese. :3

2 Burritos, Chips and Salsa and Homemade Churros

oatmeal and a peanut butter sandwich

Some lasagne and a caesar salad.
