sumo salad is just a salad take away shop here..
it was a delicious salad of - green leafies which included baby spinach, feta cheese, mushroom, almond slivers, grilled chicken, avocado and a lemon herb dressing :D

It was good. And healthy.
I think it was like 15O calories and the oatmeal
was 2OO. That's less that I take at home. XD
8u I want a take away Salad place.

Hah, that's exactly all I know about parfaits. But ogres' layers are more like onions, so what do parfaits really matter? ;)
