ooof. Can you report them for violating quiet hours?
my new med (topamax) has caused changes to my tastebuds, pretty sure. I can't drink seltzer water now, or pop, 'cause it tastes weirdly sweet and doesn't have the "bite" it used to (that I liked and would often use to cut through "clingy" drinks as a palette cleanser). so now I'm just gonna drink water and tea and my coffee on occasion and deal with those.

They've already been served an eviction notice. Which might be the reason for the all nighters.
Awww. Well, I remember you wanted to cut down on the pop anyway?

Good riddance to bad rubbish.
Yeah, been doing pretty good on that, actually. Might start sticking lemon and cuke slices in my water at some point, and maybe adding a bit of salt, too.

Lemon juice and a little bit of water. Lots of salt to taste. Slice cucumber thin and soak it in the juice overnight. Eat cucumbers the next day. Refill the juice with cucumber. Do this all week. At the end of the week, drink your salty cucumber and lemon juice, which is yummy.

*writes this all down*
This week has been... A WEEK. between Dad getting bad health news (might be losing all his toes on his right foot, which is his own damn fault because all he does is sit on his butt watching tv, eat, or go to the elks), the dog having the runs, and the cruddy weather, I'm just feeling bleh. at least I have my German Victorian-era periodicals that have supplements of sewing patterns included... I've already gotten 12 patterns traced out from the 1886 volume someone took the time to compile.

*sympathy* The wind here is making me feel autistic as BLEEP. (that was by way of expressing more sympathy and understanding)

I've been wearing my masks a lot more lately, because of friggin' tree smut. and blooming flowers. and Maxwell kicking up dust when he's done poopin'. and the wind.
on a more cheerful note, Razzie and I finally managed to be online at the same time, and chatted for a couple hours before she had to go to bed. She's finally got a surgery date for her fibroid cysts! Next week!
ETA: I just looked on Ravelry... and found
a cute little piggy named Mr. Schnitzel.

The wind gets me even when I can't feel or hear it, and makes it hard for me to breathe or settle down. That, and a REALLY busy time at market this weekend have left me on the verge of an optic migraine. Derpy Maxwell, stop that.
Oh, I'm glad! :D Both that you got to talk and that stuff's being fixed.
*ded of piggy cute* I spent ten dollars I didn't really have at the antique sale on Sunday, and brought home a big composition doll with only a few cracks.
