that's terrible. but the job is also terrible and I can't wait to get the hell out of here. unfortunately all secretary jobs are the same which means they all suck. XD at least here, maybe it's different there

Like I said I don't really know how it is there, maybe it's totally different, all I have experienced is my job here and it's absolutely horrid.

Basically everyone is my boss so I have to cater to six people, schedule everything so that nobody clashes, make deposits, buy supplies, do my boss's finances (personal, clinic and other jobs), tell everyone else that they HAVE to give me the receipts of the month because they all forget, do the psychiatrist's monthly finances as well, fill out ten excel sheets with different monetary values every day or every other day, make sure the money adds up, clean the clinic and on top of that there are people who can only come in on very specific days so sometimes I have to shift three, four consults just to cater to this one special snowflake of a person.

I'm forgetting things but this is pretty much my every day. oh right, sometimes people let their kids lick the glasses.

edit: oh right! make sure my boss pays ME and send out the transfers like every other week because he forgets. who forgets stuff like that? he does, that's who

it's awful ): I do hope that if you ever get to be a secretary that it's not at all like this. XD because in theory the job is cool, in practice (or this particular practice)... not so much. or maybe everyone here just overworks me I have NO idea. I'm hoping to get a job somewhere else anyway so we'll see :v

After reading all that...

I know at least doing the boss's personal fiances is pretty over-the-line for a lot of secretaries. It happens sometimes, but mostly it's "fuck you I'm not your wife :V" here.

Other than that, you're basically doing at least two secretaries' jobs. :<
