I don't know much about babies, but he's like only a month, everything he sees is probably still unfamiliar to him, and so he will get constantly distracted. I don't think it's a bad thing. Your familiar face is probably the least of his worries. I think the last baby I came into any regular contact with was a frowny/grumpy baby for the better part of the first year before she lightened up.

I'm not all that familiar with Autism, tbh.
I know basically nothing about it, but from what I've heard it's really
not all that bad? And people with Autism tend to think differently and
consequently become just as sharp if not sharper than anyone else?
But as I said, I don't know really. And even if he is Autistic, he's my son
and I love him just the same. <3 It really IS too early to tell, but as for
updates on him, babies can't roll over on their own until they're usually
around 4+ months I think. oO So he can't do any of THAT, but he's steadily
practicing holding that big ol' head up, he's gaining plenty of weight and
I really think he's gonna smile for me soon xD He gives us little tiny grins
when we play with him, but no actual SMILE yet. :'c I'M WAITING. Lol.

Angel actually ended up getting a new job, working with Horses again.
He started today and he goes in at like 5 and comes back at like noon-ish.

Autism really depends from person to person; which is why the full title for autism is Autism Spectrum Disorder. Because it really is a spectrum. I've worked with people who are pretty much normal with slight awkwardness with interpersonal interaction, and with people who just wants to flap their hand against their palm for hours on end without responding to any outside stimulus. It depends on the person and what kind of behavioural intervention they've received.
