Yup. Being resourceful is the mark of the person who for whatever reason can't go get just the right yarn any time they want. LOL

I'm making a kitten doll from a pattern. The pattern has her dress as part of her, but I only had one colour of this yarn so I'm crocheting her nude, and then I'll make her dress and shoes separate.

Aww. *fans the Den* I've got ice in my bra right now. *looks down* Well, down the front of my dress, anyway. Bras are redundant when one lives alone.

Today's walmart run was pretty successful. got a bunch of mini piñatas, got some fabric for dollmaking, got three clearance rack "#FailFix" dolls... all of the same character. wasn't expecting to get all three outfit/makeup variants, but I did. "Day", "Sparkle", and "Evening". the doll I got is Black, and has microbraids.

I just had an awesome idea for one of 'em. gonna turn her into a unicorn girl.
