I haven't been on KofK in a while and missed it! You guys are making me change my dinner plans today. I should definitely stay up and make some soup broth and then have fun with various soups after....
Mostly today has been resting; yesterday I did a bunch of stuff and it really did a number on me, so today I'm recovering. Pulled the dryer out and completely replaced the hose after cleaning a bunch back there all. Hopefully that fixes things; it was taking two tries to dry lately, and I really can't afford to replace it right now. Anyhow, it was high time; very dusty back there and it caused everyone to sneeze a lot! Had to dust and sweep several times, after, because there was stuff in the air that took a while to settle. Did some outdoor work too, and got sap in my hair, despite the hat. Sigh.
So, yeah. Today is recovery day.

It's funny you mention your dryer problem and taking it apart because my boyfriend is having the same issue with his! XD He's already taken it apart twice though to try and fix the dryer stopping early--he thinks it's a sensor problem. Replaced one of the thermal fuses/sensors and it still doesn't run long enough--but when it does run, it runs like a champ!
At first I was like "XXX, is that you?!?!"

ha ha ha, mine's a slightly different issue. :)
(Do you have a "timed dry" setting? If it just ends early because of a sensor, maybe using the timed dry option instead would just bypass the problem)

I did some dishes, talked to my father, bagged up some clothes to donate, cleaned a litter box.

I am hung over, tired and sunburned - I have gotten very little done - I have only worked on two files so far and the day is half over

@bombus: That sounds like the most awful combination. I hope you feel better soon and have aloe and plenty of water around. It might be better if you just rest for a while...
I've come to the decision that I have to cut my hair, I went to work, and know I'm knitting while reading fanfiction.

As everyday, work. But also got the weekly cleaning done and did a trip to the grocery store.
Writing it makes me realize I was more production than I thought.

Today I've mostly spent with family as a visitor instead of host, so not a huge amount besides social stuff, which FEELS far more tiring than a huge list of chores but doesn't leave much to actually name out as things done....
