How do you allow pop ups? And then turn them off? I always have pop ups allowed on my computer so how am I suppose to activate the boots pop up?

so in a way, they've told us how many items there are. I skimmed over it so I missed it. XP
And I dunno. I just think that everyone should have to work hard to get the "shoes" and items just like everyone else. It's just how I feel about it.
