I (Willow Evermore) am collecting eggs and doing the eggplantation for my daughter (loonaboo) I am on her account now since she is not able to get on her account while her boyfriend is here. I tried getting her eggs and gift from "my" computer and receive this message:
This IP tried to collect the Free Easter Event Item & Egg Bonus already 1 times!
Please contact the administrators if you are sure you have NOT
collected the Free Easter Event Item & Egg Bonus yet from a mule, we will investigate.
This account is NOT a mule. She has a mule or two but I (Willow) do not. I believe he is leaving in a few days. Can she still receive the gift and her eggs. I don't even know if her computer is working or not. She does NOT live with me. Please let me know what to do next.Thank you.

Thank you for the free hair and eggs; I appreciate them. At least I'm able to get a few items. :3 Just gonna scout the market for the rest. @-@ Hopefully those who weren't a fan of the items will get a few freebies and sell them to the rest of us.
I'm sorry the whole thing was such a hassle and a headache for you guys. I've never been a huge fan of the forum pop up events like that because the lag spikes randomly and I don't like fighting with it (plus sometimes I just don't feel like talking to be active in the forums to earn them). I do however really enjoy the alternative egg hunt. (Perhaps even an Easter event like the few Halloween ones with the little trails to wander through each day. Those are one of my fave events <3 Or maybe put a limit on how many pop ups you can receive in a day if the majority still want pop up events.)

Thank you very much for this solution, it does lift a lot of the ill feelings towards how this event went :)
I have been able to collect the most important items now and hope to be able to buy the rest soon. This made it doable!
The hair is a gorgeous addition!

I wanted to thank you both Firn and Starkad for your hard work on this event. Though it did not turn out well, (due to everything that happened) I did enjoy it. I also wanted to thank you as well for the free eggs and hair. It was quite generous of you both! The hair is lovely, I will enjoy having it.
