Sorry to bug you guys (since I mentioned this last night, too), but I tried to submit my first entry into the contest last night (since as soon as I saw the announcement I went to work like the crazy lady I am) and it gave me this message when I tried to PM the KOFK Art Contest account:
"Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt."
I tried it again this morning in case something had changed, but I got the same message. Am I doing something wrong? Is anyone else having the same issue? =(

I just sent two test PMs and they both went through. Try again and please tell me exactly what you're doing if it still doesn't go through.

I just tried it again; I simply clicked on the PM button in the announcement, and the blank PM page that loads has red text at the top that says "Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt."
I also went to the KOFK Art Contest profile page via the community members list and there was no option to PM via the profile, either. =/

AHHHH! I am SO SORRY GUYS!
When the deadline for the last contest was over I disabled PMs for the Art Contest account so people would stop sending me entries that were not getting accepted anyways and forgot to enable them again.
I will fix this ASAP!
