I moved a few months ago, and now i'm within walking distance of at least four places that sell tea.
I tend to favor the milk teas. Jasmine green tea with boba. Matcha milk tea with mochi and red bean. Black tea with boba, pudding and grass jelly. But I occasionally enjoy the fruitier varieties, which go nicely with aloe.

While I do enjoy fruit teas, I tend to buy milk teas. For some reason, milk tea places here sell Japanese-inspired milk tea. Those are my absolute favorite.
Next would have to be chocolate mousse (tea based) with pudding but that doesn't have pearls in them.

My best friend introduced me to bubble tea last year and this fall we learned how to make it ourselves! My favorite of the ones I've tried so far was the Thai red

I've discovered four more places to buy bubble tea. So that's at least eight within walking distance of my house.
I tried one from this place the other day, and it was really strong. Wasn't sweet at all.
...
I forgot to tell them to adjust the sugar.

It'll be a disaster for my health and wallet if I lived within walking distance of a milk tea establishment. Some essential cards in my wallet are the milk tea stamp cards ;) Got to get that free drink. If you have the branch CoCo there, it's my fav. Their drinks are nice and creamy. I think they're a Taiwanese company.

We have one place in the mall in the next town over :(
No other place around here has it.
