I tried to get to the king, but the castle says that there are no quests available. T-T

You may want to try a Hard refresh.
There is also a requirement for this quest: the completion of the Hooded Stranger Quest. If you didn't do that quest this quest will not show up for you.

To the users who said they could not see the new quest even though they fulfilled the quest requirement: Please try it again, hopefully it should work now.

i'm still doing the old quests... but at least there are more quests so that other people who have done everything else can do...
