You've got a traveling sewing kit, a traveling manicure kit, a compact first aid kit, your ID, your keys, your phone, a coin purse that holds charms instead of coins, an anti-ghoul talisman, a map of an underground cave system that isn't labelled, a flashlight, a UV flashlight, a blacklight flashlight, a pocket knife, an all-in-one tool, a snackbar, and a bottle of water.
It's amazing how well it's organized, considering how much you've stuffed into that thing.
