no... i'm feeling bad for not wanting the sibling and his wife to have anything else that belonged to Grandma Esther, because he wasn't as close to her as I was, and his wife never met Grandma. But the thought of them having any of her belongings is incredibly upsetting to me. so I'm feeling like a rotten being 'cause of that.

I got to see "Soul" with my D&D party, 'cause some of us were missing and I wasn't in a good space mentally or physically to play tonight (when I get really upset and have been crying really hard, I go nonverbal. My voice literally stops working).

it sucks when it happens. but usually, if I get distracted enough, after about 30-60 minutes, I'm able to be verbal again.

I just found out I scared my psychiatrist the time before last that I talked to her. But she TOLD me to tell her when I was feeling bad, and tell her about it. Today I was feeling good, til I found out that all my work to earn treasure in FR had been nullified by all the things I wanted to buy no longer being available. Now I feel sorta good. And unwilling to cook supper.
